3D isometric renderings of GoldieBlox’s parts to allow for visual construction diagrams. Goldieblox’s initial toys were made to be modular building kits, aimed at young girls to expand their spatial awareness and vocabulary. The diagrams were 2D, often created through the rendering software that made the physical toys themselves, so I proposed this isometric solution to better illustrate builds.
Each piece was built in Adobe Illustrator, taking each piece’s flat vector file, I would rotate and look at the physical piece in my hand until all the possible views were rendered.
